| Save money when you book by using your Loyalty points known as FivePlus credits. You can choose when you want to use your credits and you can check how many credits you have left and how many you have used when you log into the 'My Account' section of the Otel.com website. |

Using your credits to save money |
|
As soon as you have checked out of the hotel that you earned your FivePlus credits from, the credits are available for use straightaway on your next booking. When you have selected the next hotel that you want to book you will automatically see the FivePlus credits that you have available for use on the booking form. If you have not logged in then you won't see this. Don't worry because you can directly log in from the booking form. There is no need to start all over again because thanks to the powers of our technology team, all your information has already been recorded. |

As long as your FivePlus credit balance exceeds one credit then you are free to use these credits towards your next booking online at Otel.com. You can see from the example above, that from the booking page you have the option to choose how many credits you want to use. You may want to use all the credits or none at all this time and save them until they accumulate. You can also see the amount that will be charged if you use the credits. |

How does FivePlus work?
When you make your 1st booking though Otel.com you will earn FivePlus credits. As soon as you check out of the hotel, these credits are available for use.
So my FivePlus credits only available once I physically check-out of my last booking?
Yes, this is correct; the credits you have earned from your last booking are only available for use after the check-out date of that particular booking.
I've just earned $35 worth of FivePlus credits on my hotel booking to London. Check in 15 July Check out 18 July. How soon can I use these credits?
You can use the credits earned from your London booking after you check-out of the London hotel on the 18 July. You cannot use the London credits on reservations made prior to the 18 July.
How do I know how many FivePlus credits I have available?
You can check the number of credits you have at any time by logging in to your Otel.com membership account and clicking on the FivePlus section.
Do I have to use all my FivePlus credits on my next hotel booking?
No, when and how you use your credits is entirely up to you. You may want to use all the credits or none at all this time or save them until they accumulate.
What happens if I cancel a pre paid booking?
If the booking has been pre paid and then cancelled, any credits earned for that booking will be lost.
I have not yet paid for my booking. Are my newly earned credits still available to me?
If you have not paid for the booking online, your credits will be held for you until you make payment. If no payment is received then the credits earned for that booking will be lost.
Will I earn credits on every booking?
Credits are calculated according to the total cost of your actual booking balance amount. This means if your new booking value is €100 but you decide to use €30 worth of credits - New credits earned will be calculated on €70 and not €100.
What if I don't go to the hotel I have booked?
If, for any reason you are unable to travel as planned and do not stay at the hotel, any credits earned for that booking as well as any credits used for that booking will be lost.
