• Your check-in date must be at least 7 days after the date that you booked.
• The Best Rate must be found within 24 hours of the reservation having been confirmed by otel.com.
• Room types, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and services included must be the same.
• The Best Rate must be able to be cancelled and refunded within the same timescale as the reservation confirmed by otel.com
• The website that offers the Best Rate must offer instant online confirmation for the same property.
• Price Match Refund Request Form located below must be filled out and sent within 24 hours of making your reservation.
• Please note that a price match cannot be used in conjunction with the Five Plus loyalty program.
