The 4th hotel now operates both as a boutique hotel with luxurious accommodation and a budget conscious hotel with affordable rooms that offers various facilities.
On Thursday 29th of February 2008 the hotel opened a new coffee shop and lounge bar called Studio 29 which will be available to both guests and the general public.
* The 4th hotel is a completely non smoking hotel.
LOCATION
The 4thFloor Hotel is located in the heart of the city and the main shopping street Laugavegur starts just outside the hotel. Museums, art galleries and many other attractions are within walking distance.

* Enjoy the hotels new bar/coffee shop at the hotel which is set in a stylish setting and suitable for every occasion. On the weekends you will find live music in the evenings boasting Iceland’s best musicians in their field. The Studio serves breakfast, lunch and also a variety of small courses through out the day. The hotel can also arrange conference, meetings and families celebrations for up to 35 people. A luxurious and delicious breakfast is served between 07:00 - 10:00. From Monday to Sunday.
* Hotel Bar is open Sunday to Thursday 11:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Every Day Happy Hour Beer 2 for 1 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
