The magnificent fountain "Fontana di Trevi" was conceived by Nicola Salvi in 1762, inspired by victory arches and Roman mythology, in pure baroque style, with a Neptune riding dolphins with sea creatures and cascading waters. After leaving an awful hotel in Rome, I was so relieved that Hotel Accademia had an available room for us. The location was great, right near Trevi Fountain, near bus line, near McDonald's (for 16 yrs. old sake), Internet right next door at cheap rate. The sta...
Just back from Rome. The Accademia surely made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet.This is a hotel we would love to come back to!
My husband and I vacationed in Rome March 2004. We stayed at the Accademia Hotel and had a great time. The place was clean, the people friendly and the location primo! Breakfast was outstanding! We would highly recommend it.
