Key collection details: from Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 19.30 hours, saturdays from 09.00 to 14.00 hours, at any other time keys to be collected at the Alpha apartments situated on the corner of Kennedy street the Cuenca street. One bedroom apartments, TV, swimming pool ( opening and closure depends on the community of propietors), tennis. Deposit on arrival 200 euros, pets are not allowed. Safety deposit box, cot and TV with extra suplement to be paid directly at reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of ACUARIUM II _NH_ Hotel Alicante. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
