The Ad Hoc Monumental Hotel is located in a magnificent building next to the Cathedral, close to the Palacio del Temple and beside the ancient Turia riverbed, in the historical Xerea quarter. After careful restoration, preserving the existing construction this charming hotel has become a place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomy in a peaceful and calm environment. The hotel features old tidy exposed brickwork, stone walls and Noya hydraulic mosaics replaced in such a way that they suggest carpets, wooden vault ceilings with some original recovered paintings. The interior is atmospheric and spacious with high ceilings. Worth visiting is Ad Hoc Restaurant located on the ground floor of the building with only ten tables offering a varied menu.
