Nice stay in a descent hotel

We stayed in Al Sole Palace Hotel from the 15th to the 19th of August 2008. The hotel has an excellent location, not far from the city centre and the main attractions of the city. You need no more than a 15-minute-walk to get to the railway station of Santa Lucia. The canal in from of the Hotel is superb. The room was clean and had a nice garden view. Excellent staff (they offered us orange juice as soon as we get in the hotel, before checking in, and they did the same thing the next day), fine breakfast (we enjoyed eating breakfast in the garden), superb location (30 seconds walk from “i tre Ponti” just a few minutes from “Piazza Santa Margherita” and “Academia”). I highly recommend this hotel. (Young couple from Greece).
