Welcome to the Alex Schlosshotel Tenne in Zermatt, built in an art nouveau style with luxury and an exclusive atmosphere, inclusive of beautiful antiques which have been collected over the years. The chiseled stonework and baroque-style stepped roofs, coupled with the Art Nouveau decor of its bedrooms and public rooms, make Tenne a welcome change from the many chalet-style hotels that surround it.
Comfort and service are the keynote here, and you live well in Alpine surroundings, with stunning views in most directions. Beds are exceedingly comfortable, and the private tiled bathrooms are of a good size. Each of its junior suites contains a whirlpool bath and a separate sitting room with fireplace. Alex Schlosshotel Tenne is reachable within 2 minutes walking distance from the train station. When you are at the station square, turn left, and then, right after the Gornergrat train station you see a stone arch, through which you can walk to the hotel. |

2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.

Ok ' as I sit here writing from the lounge at the Hotel Tenne - my friends are downstairs enjoying the sauna and whirlpool. Skiing on the mountains has excellent conditions on the upper slopes - although you wouldn?t ski back to town on your own skis. What is ...
I and my husband were there in August 2004. It is a very good hotel. Very nice rooms with jacuzzi in all bathrooms. It is quite tucked in the corner but it shares common wall with gornergrat train station. Very good breakfast. It has a small bar. Service is co...
