Splendid experience at Alixares Hotel
We had a splendid three days stay at Alixares Hotel and we received a full value for the price paid – great location, outstanding service, nice accommodation.
Despite the fact that the hotel was almost fully booked at a time we arrived, the staff was absolutely friendly and professional to give us a great feeling of being welcome, and promptly checked us in. we were given a room with a great view overlooking the pool and mountains. Besides, it was pretty quiet, considering we were right next to the elevator.
Breakfast was decent, but not spectacular yet a good start for the day. Hotel is situated within close walking distance to the Alhambra, with reliable and cheap transportation available to get to the city center, but still it was nice to have a walk.
Overall, for the price we paid, Alixares Hotel provided us with a great full value.

While the hotel is nothing special, the location to the Alhambra is amazing. Just a short walk up the hill, and you are at the gates to the Alhambra. There is a parking garage and a coffee shop at the hotel, and that is about it. A good value for the location. |
