The Allamanda Beach lies on the beachfront on the south coast of Barbados, opposite Hastings Plaza. It is close to restaurants, sports bars, clubs and duty-free shopping. Guests who stay in its 50 spacious self-contained studios may use the hotel's own facilities, e.g. the outdoor pool, restaurant, beach grill, but also those of its four-star sister hotel, Amaryllis, located 3 minutes away on Palm Beach. The Allamanda is situated 15 minutes drive away from the championship Barbados Golf Club, where guests are offered 15% discount and preferred tee-off times. The Barbados airport lies 20 minutes drive away and the capital Bridgetown only 10 minutes drive away.

The boardwalk construction directly in front of the Allamanda Beach Hotel has been completed with only landscaping left to be planted along the edge of the boardwalk. All major construction works and beach expansion is completed. The boardwalk is still in construction along other areas of the coast and the official opening for public use is not scheduled until December 22nd 2008, guests of Allamanda will therefore not have access to the new boardwalk of the new beach until the official opening. This access restriction this does not affect any ocean views for guests.
