I just finished a stay in Paris at the Hotel Ambassador Opera and I must inform you of my displeasure. Indeed it had been interesting that the direction it tells you it is currently being renovated, which means it has not been possible to enjoy my mornings because of the noise caused by these works. If I had known it would have been possible to book another hotel in the same category through you. I would also like to inform you that I had to change room after 2 nights again because of the noise not work but that room 651 is located next to the office for employees and that 'at 7 am some noise woke us up. The new 252 room that I occupied the remaining 3 nights is located next to the elevator !!!!!!!!!!!! I raises the question whether such rooms are not assigned to your client what would be really unfortunate. For the rest, both staff and the location of the hotel in central Paris nothing wrong.
