Good location
I stayed in this hotel at last weekend of June 2008. The location is excellent, only a short walk from the station & old town.
The receptionists were friendly, and spoke sufficient English. Breakfast was continental, i.e. cheese, meat, bread, cereal, fruits. Rooms were clean and had all the necessary things.
The only thing that you need to know is that there's no AC in any of the rooms. They only provide a fan. The room was very hot, even at night. We stayed in street-facing room on first nite, and we had to open the window cause of the heat. But the street was very noisy, constant buses & cars noise disrupted our sleeps. I asked for a different room the next morning, one facing the garden. They told me it was gonna be hotter, but i didnt mind. The garden-facing room turned out to be better, definitely no noise and we could sleep well that nite. It's a smoking room, though we couldnt smell anything.
I think this hotel is rated 4 star, which I dont quite agree, even though we've enjoyed our stay. It's a family run hotel, with good service, but none of the 4-star luxury standard.
