A good budget hotel
This hotel is situated in the centre of Monte Carlo and is very affordable. It is basic and simple yet is excellent value for money through Otel.com. The casino, palace, football stadium are all within walking distance. If on a low budget then this is the hotel to stay at.

4 night stay
This hotel looks better on the phot's than it actually is. The room we stayed in needed to be re-decorated, the wall paper is dirty and is peeling off in places. The room was kept clean and nothing missing. No coffee facilities in the room. The shower over the bath is only 3ft up the wall. you have to shower sat in the bath!. No shower curtain so plenty of water on the bathroom floor everytime. This is a budget hotel, no frills. Good location for the castle and train station. Short walk to the front. It is situated in the cheaper side of Monaco for the cheaper restaurants and bars. I would book a better hotel next time but it's not a dive by any means. I forgot to mention the internet connection in the foyer is the slowest I have ever come accross. Hope this helps your decission to stay or not. :-)

Nice place for one or two nights
The location could hardly be better. The quality of the room was also excellent considering the price. The front desk staff was very helpful. But the breakfast was poor.

SHORT BREAK IN MONACO
WE STAYED AT THE AMBASSADOR HOTEL IN JUNE 2005 FOR 2 NIGHTS. DUE TO A FLIGHT DELAY WE DID NOT CHECK IN THE FIRST NIGHT UNTIL AROUND 2.00AM. WE WERE WELCOMED BY THE NIGHT MANAGER WITH NO PROBLEM AT THIS TIME.
IT IS A VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN HOTEL WHICH SERVES A LOVELY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
