Ambassador Zermatt Hotel is a first-class apartment and studio hotel, offers a fascinating view of the Matterhorn (Cervin) Rustical.
The hotel is modern with a dark wood facade. Actually it consists of three wings which are all off the central lobby. The lobby is medium sized and decorated in almost uniformly dark colours giving the guest a rather gloomy first impression. It is rather old fashioned in style but has a comfortable seating area and is very practical.
