Occupies the former Art Nouveau theater that constitutes the heart of the hotel. The two-story space has a clamshell-shaped stage, an elaborately molded ceiling with gilt highlights and skylights, loges, a parquet floor, and tall arched windows. Buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner daily menu offering Czech fusion cuisine.
* Joe's Bar:
Contemporary decor including lighted milk-plastic panels and black-leather banquettes. In addition to cocktails and Czech beer, a light menu consisting of sandwiches, and salads is available until late night.
