Very basic hotel in a great location
Americas Best Value Inn is a very basic and quiet old, but it offers a great location, just right in front of the MGM Grand, just off the strip. The room was rather small, but clean with a nice bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful on directions. There was a pool and hot tub that was a bonus. We have not tried the restaurant so can not comment on that. Overall speaking, we received what we were expecting for the value we paid, moreover had a nice experience at Americans Best Value Inn.
