The apartments, which were built in 2004, are located in a quiet part of the second largest, and one of the oldest cities in Croatia.

The apartments are located in the part of Split formerly known for its greenhouses and flower gardens, which were grown thanks to the micro-climate providing sun and warmth even during the winter months.
They are situated beside a large rocky beach, on a little elevation with a view of the sea and the islands Bra and olta. It is a 30-minute walk along the seafront to the centre of town and the Diocletian palace - the historical origins of the town. |
