Composed of 120 T1 to T3 flats, the residence was built in 2008 and is faithful to the quality charter of the national chain to which is belongs. It combines charm and modernity and offers guests use of a wide range of facilities. The reception desk opening hours are from Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturdays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The desk is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. In July and August from Monday to Friday the desk is open at the following times: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturdays: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Check in time is from 3:00 pm. Check out time is until 10:30 am. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence direct no later than 24 h prior to arrival in order to arrange alternative check-in procedures.
