Great view of the Blue Mosque
The location was very good. We found a very nice restaurant just across the street where you sit outside and listen to live music. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT!
The hotel's rooftop terrace, where only breakfast was served, overlooked the Blue Mosque. Beautiful view! Breakfast consisted of a boiled egg, cucumbers and tomatoes, fresh bread and butter, sliced meats, olives, coffee, tea, water and juice. The rooms had a/c and a tv. The first night we slept w/our windows opened but the mosquitos ate us! Keep them closed at night.
Our room had two double beds and a great view of the Blue Mosque. The beds were quite comfortable. Everything was very clean. The maid service was good also. The hotel will arrange airport transfers as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

I am travelling to Istanbul much for my personal reasons. i am founded finally excellent hotel in the excellent place and good price- Askin hotel. before i had been in other hotels, but this one is really ok. And staff is really helpfull. ordering of hotel is really esay and the best room for your sked price would be offered. For europeans very important is to get good service, good size of room and shower. All this I am get in Askin hotel. Plus excellent location- just few minutes from Blue Mosque and other nice places. We both with my boyfriend really feel good in this hotel. Breakfast could be better, because if i live more as 3-4 days in one place, one and the same food is so so.... But anyway, this hotel is really excellent. I am advice this hotel for everybody! I am solved my breakfast problem other way- near is so much small nice restaurants and finally, breakfast isnt most important thing in the world. I am next times again will stay in my nice Askin hotel!

Good Price Performance
Is a good hotel for price performance, please note that it must be payed in cash!I have read all the critics in the website and I can state that this is an extremely clean, friendly and absolutely well located family Hotel , meters from the Blue Mosque and Hagya Sophia in te core of SutanAhmet.I recommend it. |
