* The old building was once the dwelling of eminent merchant families and opened as a hotel in 1959. The establishment is comprised of four floors and overlooks a beautiful canal for gondolas only.
* In the cosy reception, you will find staff who will do their utmost to meet your needs, whether it is booking an exhibition or concert tickets. The continental breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. until 10 a.m. in the breakfast room.

3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
