I recently spent 3 days at the Avenue. Had a single room which was small but had all you need. Who goes to Adam to spend time in the room anyway? The bed was ok, bathroom clean, plenty of hot water and pressure. A little bit noisy from the trams and pedestrian...
Excellent central location, walking distance from railway station, even with luggage. Helpful friendly staff/everyone speaks English. Breakfast plentiful and served until 10am.
