The restaurant offers lunch and dinner, with menu items including spicy seafood and banana flower salad, Phuket lobster in red curry sauce, and coriander crusted ahi tuna.
* Latitude Bar:
Cocktails and music are offered with light music entertainment. The bar is located off the Saffron Restaurant, and has an outdoor setting. Open late afternoon till late evening.
* The Banyan Tree Spa provides full spa services, and there are select suites with private spa treatment rooms.
