delicious coffee and best location
I tasted there the best coffee I have ever had! I stayed there for 4 days last year. I loved decoration. Staff was really friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to city centre and also Grand Palace! My room was large and very clean. I liked the buffet breakfast. I would definetely stay again

Very good!
Me and my boyfriend stayed at Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre 3 days during Christmas time. The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was quite friendly. The rooms were comfortably furnished including marble bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was good. The best part of this hotel, in my opinion, is its central location close to Grand Palace. We were there at Christmas time and the light show there was excellent. I higly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly locateed 3 star hotel rather than 4 star
We have just returned from a weekend holiday in Brussels. And had a terrific stay at Bedford Hotel. The location of hotel is excellent, just 5 minutes by tram from the Gare du Midi, and not far from Gare du Nord either. Grand' Place and all museums are within ten minutes walk, and numerous vibrant bars and cafes are even closer. The hotel room was very large and was reasonably quite considering the size of the hotel. Breakfast in the mornings was a rush for tables as there were a number of business and travel groups there at the time we stayed. But food was good with plenty of choice. I’d definitely recommend Bedford Hotel as its really central to all the sights, the staff were friendly and helpful, accommodation was nice and breakfast was enjoyable. However, I’d say that Bedford Hotel is a perfectly located 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star.

The Bedford Hotel in Brussels has the very best coffee (for American tastes) I have ever had anywhere. I have taken new people there twice and said nothing about the breakfast coffee prior to meeting my guests for breakfast. In both cases, the guest took his first sip, looked at me and said, "This is the best coffee I've ever tasted." I agree with them.

I stayed in The Bedford for 3 nights in January.I got a great offer on the net-www.bookings.org.I was delighted that the hotel lived up to and even surpassed my expectations, especially given the cheap price offer we availed of.when we arrived we were shocked to be given a beautiful room on the seventh floor-complete with leather suite, minibar and spotless bathroom.the only thing I didn't like was the high wall outside our balcony-it darkened the room slightly. The gym was also small, but adequate. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had in ant hotel worldwide-it suitred every taste possible.Simply couldn't be beaten. The staff were friendly and very efficient.I recommend this hotel without reservation and would love to saty there again. Its location is also ideal,2 mins from the Grande Place.

I have stayed at the Bedford at Christmas and had a very enjoyable stay. My room was smartly furnished with patio doors to a balcony. It's only a short walk to the beautiful Grand Place where we had some superb meals, a few drinks and a merry stroll back!

I have just a long weekend in Brussels and stayed at the Bedford Hotel, 24th-26th July. The website for the hotel made it look quite appealing and the pictures they show focus on the nicer rooms etc. The food in the breakfast room was not of a particular good standard of a 4 star hotel. This hotel is really more for business people as they also have a conference centre, if you are looking for a special place for a romantic weekend choose somewhere else, I personally would not return whatever the price. I would like to point out that I am very well travelled and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels at all standards in various parts of the world, to me a stay in Brussels is a waste of money as there is only the Grand Plaza worth seeing. Bruges on the other hand is very pretty and well worth a look, stay there instead and you will not be disapointed.
