We were so impressed with the staff & the Hotel, we just wanted to let more travelers to Bordeaux know about it. We were quite tired by the time we arrived in Bordeaux and didn't speak much French... but that was not a problem here. They were very very kind and spoke english for us. The room was reasonably priced and quite large, compared to french standards, and there was a bath/shower & toilette, and WIFI access. If we needed anything, they were there with it immediately. There was someone at the front desk 24 hr, and the elevator would stop at the front desk before going to any of the room floors, so they could see who was coming and going, which made us feel secure. It is located close to the Tram stop, too! We will certainly return there! We hope you do too!
