Clean affordable place to stay in Chicago
We have stayed at BW Grant Park for 4 nights, while exploring Chicago for the first time. Location was perfect, within walking distance to all major atractions and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our double room was clean and comfortable, basically kept up with the overall Best Western standards.
We where a little nervous after reading about waiting times on check in and out, but it worked fine for us. We did see however that some people had a long waiting time getting their room and there was some angry guests in the lobby.
The breakfast was not included, so we found it a bit pricey. All in all Best Western Grant Park Hotel worked perfect for us and is suitable for anyone who needs a clean, affordable place to stay in Chicago.

Prime location, great value
We recently stayed at the Best Western at Grant Park. Although it is not a luxury hotel, it was super for the person/family that wants to stay at hotel in a prime location for a cost that is about half of what some of the other luxury hotels offer. The hotel is near Grant Park and we were able to walk to the museum complex in about 5-7 minutes. We were about two miles from the heart of the shopping district.
There is a restaurant attached to hotel, and a super place called the Yolk right next door (a little bit pricier than average). I liked the fact that the internet was fast and was not additionally charged.
I should also mention that the staff were exceedingly friendly, always ready to help, and always concerned about the quality of service.
All in all, Best Western Grant Park is a great value hotel in a prime location. I would recommend it definitely. |
