The room was very nice but the staff (OK, one of the staff, the rest were wonderful) was pretty rude. We called for room service coffee one morning (they did advertise room service in the brochure in the room) and the front desk lady told me they already gave us instant coffee in the room. I told her we really prefer brewed so was it possible to get that through room service. She said no problem, they'd send it right up. Then the guy who brought the coffee brought a pot and put it on the dresser and yelled at my husband that "it's the same stuff you've got in the room!" and marched off. And he wasn't kiddling. He had brought us a pot of instant coffee. We had dinner at the hotel (it was included in our tour) twice and the food was great both times but they gave the group tours a very limited menu compared to what you could get in the regular restaurant. We also had to leave the windows open here (I think they had the heat on and no thermostat in the room to control your heat) and somebody had a party in the alley under our window both nights about 2:30 AM. It was in a great location (other than the alley parties)and easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, internet cafes and souvenir shops. They also had a pub with live music everynight right in the hotel. If you want to hear the music, come early because it gets really packed by 10 or so.
