Great for its price
This is the third time we have stayed at Best Western Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino. It's the staff at Best Western Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino who really make the stay special. The rooms are more like small apartments, could do with a lick of paint, but adequate in size and comfort. The hotel gives you the true taste of Vegas, away from the lights of the "rip off" Strip. The food in the restaurant bar is good and reasonably priced. The nearby monorail made access to more interesting places in downtown areas easier. We particularly liked the atmosphere with less noise which made relaxation good. All in all, Best Western Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino is great for the price offered.
