perfect location is guaranteed
We have recently stayed at Norlandia Mercure Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel offers a perfect location for both leisure and business travellers since it is in a heart of Copenhagen, located only a few minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens, the pedestrian street Stroget and Copenhagen's Central Railway Station. Just from location perspective along the hotel has a plus, moreover we were lucky to get a newly refurbished room which was clean and adequately sized, so was the bathroom. All minimum necessities were provided. The room was front facing which was ideal, but a bit disturbing due to the external noise. The breakfast buffet was quite good, plenty of variety. The staff was not quite courteous but responsive. All in all, Norlandia Mercure Hotel is an average 3 star hotel once you get a nice room, other than that the perfect location is guaranteed making it very convenient to explore Copenhagen. |

An Average Stay
The room was small and I has no bath, only a shower. I had a view of the road which was nice. Vesterport station was across the road which was convenient. Breakfast was good but there was no room service or lunch service and the bar in the hotel was closed (seemed permanent), which meant I had to was up the road to 7-11 to get some coffee or hot chocolate. It was winter, so this wasn't a great idea. Generally it is an ok hotel and I wouldn't have an issue with staying here again. |
