* Birikos Studios Apartments consists from 3 buildings, named as "Friendly", "Standard" and "Superior".
* Friendly
This building offers double rooms only for 2 persons with twin or double bed, kitchenette (in some of them), fridge, TV, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower.
* Standard
The Standard building offers studios and apartments with open plan bedroom and kitchen area. The Studios can accommodate from 2 up to 4 guests (beds plus sofa-bed) and they are equipped with kitchen, fridge, TV, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower. The Apartments are with 2 rooms, (the bedroom and the living room with the sofa-bed and the kitchen. Apartments are the same equipped as the studios.
* Superior
The Superior Building offers apartments with 2 rooms - bedroom and living room with kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Apartments with 2 bedrooms and separate the kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi are also available. They can accommodate up to 4 or 5 guests. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Birikos Studio Apartments Agios Prokopios.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
