The Blooms is ideally situated in the heart of Temple bar, the hotel was extremley clean with very comfortable room, the breakfast was superb and lots of it. The vats bar is very friendly with fantastic live music, Club M again superb.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

excellent location good service
I stayed at Blooms hotel last year. It was wonderful. The hotel was perfectly located. It was close to many attractions, restaurants, clubs and shopping. My room was a bit small but very comfortable. Rooms facilities were really good. I loved breakfast at the hotel. If you are a nightlife lover like me, you will like the nightclub of the hotel. I would surely stay there again

Good value for money!
I stayed at Blooms Hotel in June. The hotel is a 3 star hotel offering 5 star quality service. Its location is central right in the Temple Bar. When i was there there was an outdoor festival taking place and it was quite fun. My room was not big but it had all the necessary facilities.
The hotel has a nice ambience with daily live music performance. If you are keen on night life the hotel also has a night club.
Blooms Hotel is a good hotel and I would stay there if i ever go to Temple Bar again.

Reasonable in all terms
We have been advised to stay at Blooms Hotel due to it reasonable price and location. Indeed, the location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Temple Bar so all the shops and pubs are in walking distance. Its also about 30mins from the airport by bus. The service was good and the quality of the room and breakfast was also good. The hotel personel were friendly and efficient. Underneath the hotel is a nightclub called Club M which is worth a visit however if you are unlucky and find your room to be above the club then you won’t get much sleep! So you are not a clubber you would want to ask the room far above the basement. Well, we were left satisfied by choosing to stay at Blooms Hotel, we found it to be very reasonable in terms price, location, quality of rooms and service.

Brilliant stay at Blooms Hotel
I have stayed at Blooms Hotel with a group of friends and we had a brilliant time. Overall we received what we expected and what the 3 star hotel actually has to offer. My room was nice and cleaned in daily basis. The bar was excellent accompanied my very friendly and polite staff. Besides, the hotel is perfectly located for everything - shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. As for one little minor downsize is that the decoration is a bit outdated but perhaps that they style of the hotel, even though we had a wonderful time at Blooms Hotel since it provides the quality that you would expect from a 3 star hotel plus a tremendous location.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Blooms hotel on the 21st and 22nd of May 2004. The room was fine, breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and its right in the heart of the Temple bar area of Dublin - we all enjoyed our stay here and would come back again !

I stayed at Blooms February 27- March 1 of this year, and thought it was very good and an excellent value for the money, with a full, hot breakfast included. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, Vat House Pub on first floor was lively and enjoyable, and the food was fine. The room was quiet (on 5th floor, which helped) and nice- not large, but I didn't expect it to be. Blooms' location is terrific- right at Temple Bar area and within walking distance of Trinity College, the National Gallery, O'Connell Bridge, General Post Office, St. Stephen's Green, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

I was a little dissapointed when I arrived at the hotel as the room was small and not as they had displayed rooms at the blooms hotel to be,on the internet. The room was nothing like it was on the web and this was not good enough in my expectations. There were marks on the walls, the radio did not work and there was chips of plaster coming off the bath.
I had a balcony but you could not sit out as the wall was glass and other guests couldlook on to the balcony as they walked down the stairs to the ground floor. There were no coffee or tea making facilities and no hairdrier or trouser press which on their website it states that all rooms will have these facilities. The M club was extreamly dear to get in but the vat bar on the ground floor of the hotel was very good and had good irish music on every night. The breakfast was nothing too special and the last morning was the only day where there was beans with the traditional english breakfast which there should have been every day in my opinion as it is essential to a good breakfast. Some staff were very nice and willing to help but others were just plain rude and no interest in the guests whatsoever. Mainly I was disapointed with the size of my room and if I was to stay there again I would make sure that I would get a room like the one that is pictured on their internet web site. The location was good as it was in the middle of the action which was good because you did not need to go and get taxis at night as you were in the middle of temple bar. The other good thing was there was not as much noise as I expected seen as tough there is a club underneath the hotel the noise was minimum.

I wrote the previous review and have to admit, Blooms redeemed itself. We stayed in the hotel, which had an excellent location at a very fair price. The room was small, but comfortable. The hotel's pub and club were excellent, so for those seeking to see a bit of Dublin's nightlife, this is a great place to stay.
