The hotel was built in 2004 and consists of several 1-storey bungalow houses with a total of 130 apartments. There is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange desk. The hotel possesses a café, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (children's highchairs also available), an Internet terminal, a bicycle storage facility and bicycle hire. A laundry service, medical assistance and a car park are all available for use. The hotel also has a charming, 60,000 m² garden.
