This is the best hotel i've stayed.
Great location, helful staffs, they kept their promise for having sent me to railway station and made sure everything all right before I left. Thanks you for your good services. Deserved to be highly recommended

The best place to stay in Ha Noi
We got the sister hotel the Democracy. It is in a better location 2 mins from the lake. The hotel is very clean and has air-con and cable! The staff are friendly and exceptional, they will help any way they can. The road is noisy but anyone who has been to hanoi will tell you the whole city is the same! The staff will go out of there way to please you, even changing your room 2-3 times if your not happy. Highly recomended.
