Just horrible

We stayed in 3 rooms over 1 week. Let me start with some positives before I get to the other. Great location, 1 building away from the Trevi fountain. Some great staff. Breakfast is hearty. Furniture is antique and the rooms look great on the surface. Unfortunately, they have big problems with their bathrooms repeated flooding causing mould spores throughout the carpets in the rooms and the hallways. It stinks and if you are in a room that has flooded then you will wake up with sinus and headaches. The Internet also doesn't work, some problem with their provider. If you have to stay there, ask to see the room 1st. Once they rip up all the carpet and fix the bathrooms the hotel will be 4 stars, right now, some rooms are a health hazzard. I will note that management really went out of their way to accomodate us, just wish they spent some money fixing the place up.
