Good choice
Great hotel, just out of Aberdeen but if you have a car its fine. Nice large room. Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly people, all good. |

simple good hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is close to main attractions and airport but because of this it was a bit noisy. Staff was friendly. The hotel's rooms were clean and comfortable. In this hotel the restaurant was good and meals were OK. The hotel had a spa and swimming pool. I enjoyed my stay. |

OK!
I just came back from Britannia Hotel Aberdeen. Well, i cannot say that it was the best hotel i've stayed but it was ok. The location was not very appealing but the airport transfer offered by the hotel made the transportation easy. The room did not have much to offer however it was cosy and comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was affordable and tasty. Spa, gym and swimming pool facilities were satisfying. It is ideal for budget traveller. |

Convenient and comfortable
Nice hotel. Not far away from either the airport or the city centre. Staff was welcoming. Restaurant serves excellent food at a very good price. (tip: special low price between 6-7pm.) Tidy and comfortable room. Close to flight path, but room was suffiently isolated so not much of a nuissance; otherwise in a quiet suburb. |

The optimal choice
For me personally, it was very much convenient that the hotel was located close to the city's international airport, business centres and bustling shopping malls, attractions such as Balmoral Castle on Royal Deeside, the Whisky and Castle Trails, art galleries and museums and golf courses galore.
Besides, I had a very nice and clean room, where I could find all needed comfort. Very optimal choice for budget tourists who wishes to explore Northeast of Scotland.

Pretty nice
Overall, it was not a bad experience. There was a nice swimming pool, which helped us relax after a long day of driving. The staff were welcoming and we were able to book a smoking room. Generally everything was pretty nice considering 3 star classification. |

Suited my needs
I chose the Britannia mainly because a lot of the hotels in central Aberdeen were not available on my chosen dates and the price was within my travel budget. The hotel was basic but suited my needs for the two nights I was there. The staff were helpful and friendly and I also liked the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to the airport and offered a free airport transfer.

Britannia Aberdeen
This hotel represents excellent value for money. Offering a good standard of room together with a choice of restaurant or bar meals. It has a swimming pool for those of the energetic persuasion but it is not recommended for light sleepers due to it being located so close to Aberdeen airport. So in summary, if you can stand the noise of planes and helicopters buzzing about then this is an ideal place to stay. |
