Nice and clean
Very nice and clean hotel in the suburbs of Bruges. The staff is very polite and helpful.
Though the advertising of the hotel mentions a restaurant in the hotel, the restaurant is only available for groups upon reservation. The drinks menu states an "happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m." which is no longer valid. Breakfast in the morning was more than acceptable.

No happy hour either, though mentioned on the drinking menu ! Shame on you for both misleading adds !

Accommodation
As far as being close to the old city - we found this hotel quite good - close to a bus stop and within 10 mins - you could be in the centre of town. Bus service quite strange in the evening - almost like a taxi - they make a note of where you want to go - when you get on and they drop you off there. Depending how long you are staying you might consider buying yourself a bicycle - as this is by far the easiest way of getting around. The hotel was nothing more than adequate - breakfast very basic - continental style - did not eat there in the evening - some other guests told us they had had problems - not enough staff - having to wait a long time for their food.
I must compliment them though as they accomodated us with breakfast the morning we left as we had to leave the hotel @ about 06h10 - to start our journey.
