This hotel was wonderful. We stayed there for six nights in July. The air conditioning was perfect, the room was clean and the service was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful in procuring reservations for museums and restaurants. It's only a minute's walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of anything you'd want to see in Florence. They even throw in a free breakfast. This is one of the best bargains in hotels in Europe.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days in November. Staff were very helpful, breakfast buffet fine, and room very adequate. Great location. Beautiful bar in old tower.
