i went to the hotel for work experience and was pleasently surprised by the staff. they were all so lovely and laidback and made me feel really comfortable. they work so hard to keep their hotel so clean and tidy. the effort they put in to keep their hotel one of the best in cambridge is amazing. their all such laid back people and great to work with especially the bar staff!! i would definitly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!! april xx

A very nice hotel indeed. Excellent room good big bathroom. Would have given it ***** if the water did not run too slowly and if the service had been a bit quicker - but we must remember that this is England, home of the bad and overpriced hotel and by and large this is a very pleasant exception where I would stay again.

Lovely, river-side location close to town make this a ideal choice for Cambridge. Pay extra for a room with a view of the river and make sure to take a river walk during your stay. Prices can be quite steep so look for weekend deals.

Very nice (but somewhat bland) 4-star hotel on the riverbanks of Cambridge. Make sure you get a river-view window, much nicer. Staff friendly & hopeful. Best place to stay in Cambridge by far.
