Carlo IV Hotel, hosted by a magnificent neo-classical palazzo. Contemporary fine-dining restaurant with dark-wood trim, red-leather wall panels, black-and-white photographs of Prague after dark, lighted columns sheathed in transparent gray silk, leather-and-velvet seating. Lunch, dinner menu with choices such as grilled goose liver with pea mousse, crab tartare with apple jelly, asparagus risotto with morels, roasted turbot with truffle sauce, veal fillet with mousseline sauce.
* Inn-Ox Bar:
A 24-hour bar, lounge serving cocktails, appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads, spaghetti al pomodoro, steak with green-peppercorn sauce, Norwegian salmon with mousseline sauce, chicken with taleggio sauce and boletus mushrooms.
