Ampudia, a historical village in tierra de campos, a region of castilla y león with a beautiful tower and an inhabited castle which has been converted into a charming hotel, once the residence of the collegiate abbey in the 17th century. excellent rooms and suites, lounges, bar and an exquisite restaurant, the ""el arambol"" - awarded a michelin star in 2004. the ""casa de abad"" possesses 8 new rooms of which 4 are doubles and the remainder suites. all with sun terrace with magnificent views. also three of the old rooms have been converted into suites.
