This air-conditioned hotel opened in 2008, but the building dates back to the 17th century. It has been renovated as a venue for all kinds of events in a tranquil and natural environment. It has extensive rooms, such as the old monk refectory, the old church, the completely restored cloister and the private parlour for business meetings and more intimate celebrations. It features 12 comfortably equipped, standard double rooms. The building has been declared a Point of Cultural Interest by the Valencian Parliament and is also recognised for its kitchen, based on creativity and the quality of the produce. The hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, and also includes facilities such as hotel safe, lift access, café, bar, TV lounge, restaurant, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park. For an additional fee, guests can rent bikes, use the undercover parking garage, kid's club and children's playground.
