We visited Seville in February 2004 and had a great stay. At first glance, the hotel's exterior appearance is not particularly impressive;it is at the end of a not particularly attractive and narrow cul-de-sac but the interior is bright and inviting with marble floors and black leather suites.
Our hotel room was clean and comfortable; we were on the fifth floor with a superb view of the city including the cathedral and the Giralda (not all the rooms have this view so you need to ask). The hotel is a gentle ten/fifteen minute stroll from the Plaza Santa Cruz which has an excellent restaurant and an equally excellent Flamenco theatre and about twenty minutes from the Cathedral depending on the route you take; you will need the street map the hotel give you if you are to( and you must!) explore the labyrinthine streets. The atmosphere is wonderful and totally non- threatening.

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Great views over the city. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from the Plaza de Espana, several great parks andthe Alcazar and Catedral.
