Nov 8, 2007 Cavendish Hotel was named after the 7th Duke of Devonshire, William Cavendish. It is a majestic hotel commanding the premier sea front position on Eastbourne's Grand Parade.

A 4 Star Hotel on the the English South Coast, It has its own uniqueness with its welcoming friendly and professional service.

LOCATION

The Cavendish Hotel is overlooking the seafront on Eastbourne’s Grand Parade, just 200 meters from the beach. The Eastbourne's shops and Arndale Shopping Center is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, while the Eastbourne Rail Station can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Golden wedding celebration June 12th

We would like to thank all the staff who helped prepare the Sussex Suite for our Golden wedding celebration. The finger buffet was lovely and well served. Everything went very smoothly on the evening (June 12th) and was enjoyed by all. Thanks once again and will certainly use for any other celebration that comes up. Special thanks to Dominique for co-ordinating it.

a very enjoyable experience

A colleague and I shared a twin room at the Cavendish for three nights whilst working in Eastbourne. I was very impressed with the beautiful interior decoration which was much better than the outside of the hotel hinted at. Lots of giant sized floral displays and magnificent chandeliers were a characteristic of the sumptuous decor. Our room was large and spacious with all the usual amenities. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the entire hotel. The beds had no top sheets, just duvets, which I found rather uncomfortable as I was too hot and my pillows were rather unyielding, though good quality. We dined at the restaurant on the first night and it was soon clear that the staff at the Cavendish have customer care foremost on their agenda. We were attended to by several waiters who were all very eager to please. All the food was cooked and presented very well and priced fairly. Breakfasts were a buffet style with a fantastic array of mouthwatering things to choose from. A breakfast here could be enough to keep one going till dinner time! It was really a bonus. Altogether, Cavendish is a lovely, grand hotel where I felt that my every need would be catered for. The staff, in particular, was exceptional. I highly recommend a trip to the Cavendish.
