* In the reception, bold print tapestries are thrown over slightly worn furniture. Faux stained glass and old-fashioned artwork add some colour to the walls. The friendly staff is on hand to assist guests, or just to chat, as the case may be. This is the welcoming atmosphere that attracts many gay travellers; indeed during Carnaval, the queer-centred 'Gay Pop' takes place in the square right outside these doors.
ROOM AMENITIES
* Rooms are fully equipped with standard amenities like air-con and fridges; wireless access is an added bonus, although if you are travelling sem computador you will be relegated to the local Internet cafe.
