The building was built in 1982 and renovated in 1994. The 20 apartments cover 2 blocks, each with 3 floors and their own entrance. It has a large foyer with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and luggage storage. In addition, it offers a café, a nightclub, a games and TV room, room service as well as medical assistance.
