excellent service
Me and my family really loved our stay at this hote. It was amazing! Room facilities were incredible you can find whatever you want. I enjoyed at fitness center. Meals were wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would definetely come back! |

Greatest fun!
Me and my girlfriend booked a room at this hotel through otel.com and this was a wonderful decision. From the very moment we entered from the doorstep the hotel stuff welcomed us in a professional way. Our room was spacious with excellent facilities such as cable TV, air condition, coffee/tea facilities and more... The food was superb and all the other facilities were outstanding.
We had joyful moments thanks to well organized entertainment activities at this hotel. My girlfriend and i had wonderful time at the fitness center as we are both professional volleybollers and need to keep our fit.
Simply excellent! I highly recommend this hotel. |

So much fun
This was our 5th trip to Circus Circus. We love everything about it. Myself and two teenage daughters stay in Circus every other year. The location is incredible. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The housekeeping staff is always available for extra towels and pillows. There are so many dining options that actually creates a problem while choosing the dining place. The tram is a very nice ride to your building, but it is quicker to walk. There are a lots of little ones and not all parents watch their children, so if you can't tolerate young, noisy and sometimes unruly kids, don't stay here. The hotel caters to families with children and is a great inexpensive fun place to go. We love this hotel and definitely coming back here on our next trip to Nevada.

Worth the price and good location
We picked Circus Circus due to location and price. Circus Circus is a short walk to the Bowling Stadium and there are many casinos that are a short walk from Circus Circus.
We had heard about long lines at check in. The staff at the front desk were quick, helpful and very nice.
The rooms were average size, and the bathrooms were a little larger than the average hotel. The rooms were also clean. The only negative comment that we can give is a long lines at the elevator, that caused a bit of frustration while waiting. Overall, the hotel worths the price while offering a good location and facilities. |

Highly recommend - you get exactly what you are promised
We booked our stay at Circus Reno Hotel through Otel.com for the first time. Prior to our trip we have read the reviews and collected all required information. So at the place, we have got exactly what we expected. We had a very good experience with the entire staff. We arrived around 11 am and used the timely hotel shuttle and got into our room upon arrival. We asked for and received coffee pot along with plenty of coffee and cups. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of supplies, the mattress and linens were clean and comfy. The food in the breakfast buffet was of moderate quality. But the prime rib special at Fitzgeralds was wonderful. If I had to come up with a negative it would be the distance to the hotel elevators, which nothing to spoil guest's stay. Overall, I highly recommend both Circus Circus and otel.com.
