The hotel was built in 1990 and completely renovated in 2003. There are 180 apartments in total, spread over 13 floors. The hotel lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lift access, Internet access and a currency exchange desk. Additional services include a small supermarket, a hairdresser, a games room and a cocktail bar. In addition, laundry services and medical services are both available as well as car parking facilities. The hotel also includes a well-tended, spacious garden.

Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3.
