This is a brand new community of 3- and 4-bedroom town homes. With loads of amenities within the community and a central location, these unique 2-storey town homes are a nice alternative to the standard hotel experience.
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box. Lock box code C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day via freephone 1 800 713 8356 and by selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. The apartments are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Club Cortile Hotel Orlando. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
