The three-story building is built around the pool, which offers guests a view of the sea. It comprises a total of 105 rooms spread over 3 floors in a main building and on 1 floor in an annexe building. Facilities include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a hairdresser, a pub, a nightclub, an auditorium, a games room, a TV room, a restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services, a kids' club, a playground and parking for those arriving by car, some in a garage.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Club Flipper Hotel Bodrum.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
