* Spa treatments and nail care are offered in guestrooms and on the beach as well as a rooftop sundeck and in poolside tents at an adjacent partner hotel, Coco Palm. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and on the poolside sundeck.
* Hosts available around the clock greet guests in the open-air lobby and escort them immediately to guestrooms for express check-in. The lobby includes upholstered furniture and a computer offering high-speed internet access.
* Although many guests walk from the hotel to the public beach, this St. Lucia hotel also offers a beach pass, valid for guests at both Coco Kreole and Coco Palm hotels. The pass includes a shuttle ride to and from the beach, use of a beach chair and umbrella, and access to non-motorized watersports (limited to 30 minutes per sport). The shuttle runs from 9 AM–5 PM, every hour on the hour (schedule subject to change).

* Coco Kreole offers 20 guestrooms in a two-story yellow building (no elevator) styled like a Caribbean plantation house. Courtside rooms overlook the parking lot while poolside rooms have a pool view.
* Decor includes yellow walls, white fretwork, crown molding, pale tile floors, and brightly colored fabrics. Small bathrooms contain stall showers without tubs or shower/tub combinations.
* Compact refrigerators contain complimentary bottled water (on arrival only). Telephones are cordless. Televisions with U.S./international channels, CD players, and VCRs (rental videos available) are supplied. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Coco Kreole Hotel Saint Lucia.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
