The complex has a total of 480 rooms set in 2 6-storey buildings. The main building has an entrance hall which gives access to many of the hotel services like 24-hour reception, restaurants, bars, TV lounge, disco-pub, mini-market and hairdressers. In addition, the hotel offers use of Internet terminals (additional fees apply).|
This is not a fully All Inclusive establishment and some services and facilities carry additional fees. On arrival, customer will receive the All Inclusive programme with the times, places and services included. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Columbus Hotel Tenerife.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
